Happy Monday, Happy Second day of Black History Month! Its February 2nd, 2026. We're deep into a year that promised more connection, more authenticity. Yet, I look around and see so many relationships caught in a cacophony of external expectations. Every moment feels like a live broadcast, every argument a protentional trending topic. We're constantly producing content, even when the content is our most intimate moments.
